Verizon Connect RPM Technician Certification Exam
The study guide and exam are included in this course. The exam consists of 70 questions and requires a 90% score or above to pass.
The Verizon Connect RPM Technician Certification validates knowledge of:
- Low-voltage electronics in automotive installations
- Verizon Connect electrical connection and installation policy guidance
- Verizon Connect supplied hardware
- Verizon Connect supplied hardware installation procedures
- Configuration update procedures
- Device linking and verification
- Customer service expectations
Technicians will be notified at the email address entered during registration whether they passed/failed the exam. Technicians who earn a passing score of 90% or above will receive a RPM certification number within 2 weeks that will be attached to the Verizon Connect Salesforce profile.
The exam may be taken up to 3 times.
- 1st attempt
- 2nd attempt - The following day or after
- 3rd attempt - Must wait a minimum of 7 days after 2nd attempt
